1. Acceptance of Terms
By applying to or enrolling in any Future Gurukuls Academy program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not submit an application.
2. Eligibility
Our AI & Innovation Trainer certification is open to BSc, BCA, BTech, DCA, Diploma, CCC and NIELIT candidates, as well as working computer teachers. We reserve the right to verify eligibility documents at any stage of the admissions process.
3. Enrollment & Fees
Program fees consist of an Enrollment Fee, a Bootcamp Fee, and a Placement Success Fee payable only after successful placement through Hire AI Trainer. Current fee amounts are listed on our homepage and are subject to change for future batches. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.
4. Certification
Certification is awarded on successful completion of the online training, bootcamp attendance, and a passing teaching demo and assessment. Future Gurukuls Academy reserves the right to withhold certification where program requirements are not met.
5. Placement Assistance
Listing on Hire AI Trainer is placement assistance, not a placement guarantee. Future Gurukuls Academy does not guarantee employment outcomes for any candidate.
6. Code of Conduct
Candidates are expected to engage respectfully with trainers, staff and fellow candidates throughout the program. Future Gurukuls Academy may suspend or terminate enrollment in cases of misconduct, plagiarism, or violation of these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Future Gurukuls Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your participation in our programs, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or programs after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
