Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Enrollment Fee
The Enrollment Fee covers access to the 50-day online live training program. If a cancellation request is made in writing before your batch's live classes begin, the Enrollment Fee is refundable after deduction of applicable administrative charges. Once live classes have started, the Enrollment Fee is non-refundable.
2. Bootcamp Fee
The Bootcamp Fee covers the 10-day offline practical bootcamp, including venue, kits and components. As this fee reserves a limited seat, it is non-refundable once paid, but may be carried forward to a future batch at our discretion in case of genuine hardship, subject to written request.
3. Placement Success Fee
The Placement Success Fee is only charged after you have been successfully placed through Hire AI Trainer. As this fee is contingent on a successful outcome, it is not applicable — and therefore not refundable — unless charged in error.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or raise a billing concern, please contact our support team with your registered email and application details via our Contact Us page. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
5. Changes to This Policy
Future Gurukuls Academy may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your enrollment will apply to your payment.
